在明确浆液流变特性及流变参数的基础上,基于宾汉姆流体方程推导了壁后同步注浆充填模型.通过参数敏感性分析表明,随着浆液流变参数增大、盾构掘进速度加快、注浆压力减小、管片外半径增大、注浆孔数量减少,浆液对盾尾空隙的注浆充填率均呈非线性降低趋势.
Based on the confirmation of grout rheological characteristics and rheological parameters values, simultaneous backfill grout filling model was derived by Bingham fluid. Parameters sensitive analysis shows that grout filling ratio present non-linearly decline tendency with increasing of the grout rheological parameter values, fastening of shield advancing rate, decreasing in pump pressure, enlarging of segment diameter, or cutting down of jet hole number.
