高炉渣是钢铁行业生产过程中的必然产物,随着我国经济不断高速增长,钢铁产量逐年提高,高炉渣的堆积量也在不断上升.完善矿渣水泥的理论研究,提高高炉渣的利用率,既能够减少固体废弃物的数量、保护环境,又能够为企业带来更好的经济效益.实验结果表明,减小高炉渣颗粒粒径能够加快水化反应的进程,提高抗压强度.另外,高炉渣颗粒的粒径分布对混凝土抗压强度也会产生显著影响.
As an inevitable by-product of the steel industry, blast furnace slag increases rapidly with the fast growth of production. To protect the environment and creat more economic benefit, it is important to carry out theoretical studies on slag cement. It is shown that hydration reaction and the compressive strength of concrete increase with decrease of the particle size of blast furnace slag powder. The particle size distribution of blast furnace slag has a significant impact on the mechanical strength of cement.
