提出了一种湿法超声机械镀锌工艺,即利用超声振动系统为冲击介质提供动力,将金属粉冲击到工件表面形成镀锌层。阐述了新工艺的原理和设备结构,并用自行开发的设备进行镀锌。表征了镀锌层的表面形貌、断面形貌及其与基体之间的结合力。结果表明,采用湿法超声振动法机械镀,可在工件表面获得一定厚度的镀锌层。镀层是锌粒镶嵌、填充形成致密的堆积体,表面均匀、平整,与基体之间的结合力良好。
A wet process for mechanical zinc plating process was developed based on ultrasonic vibration, by which zinc coating is obtained after the strike of metal powder to workpiece surface using ultrasonic vibration system for providing driving force of impact media. The principle of the novel process and the structure of equipment were illustrated. The self- developed equipment was also used for zinc plating. The surface and cross-section morphology of zinc coating and its adhesion to the substrate were described. The results showed that a certain thickness of zinc coating can be obtained on workpiece surface by mechanical plating based on ultrasonic vibration. The zinc coating is a compactly packed layer inlayed and filled by zinc particles, with uniform and smooth surface as well as strong adhesion to the substrate.
