英文摘要：

Technical capability is the basis for the growth of enterprises and national sustainable development in the face of globalization challenges.There is a common concern for both innovation management and technology policy upon how the technological level and technical capability can be promoted through integrating the external technological resources.In this paper,the author is committed to illustrate the framework and mechanism of enterprise-guide transfer mode.This mode is demonstrated by the case study of anti-bacterial technology of AB Group： based on its strategic positioning,technological management ability and relevant circumstances,and directed by the strategic vision,enterprise can work positively in controlling and guiding the transfer direction of external knowledge,which is usually dominated by its core team.Moreover,the author points out its significance during the capability-building process of the enterprise： it is important for constructing core competency,developing specific adaptive technological transfer mode,and improving the integration of internal and external knowledge.Generally,enterprise-guided transfer mode is beneficial not only to transferring the knowledge of universities and research institutes into practical productivities,but also to promoting capabilities of local enterprises in technological development and management.
