研究报道了6种不同波长的黄色粘卡对花椒伪安瘿蚊的诱捕能力及诱捕方法,并在花椒伪安瘿蚊种群动态监测方面与套笼法进行了比较。结果表明,波长为590.0nm的黄色粘卡诱杀效果最好;在诱捕数量上,以横置粘卡在0.5m高度捕获的花椒伪安瘿蚊最多;在成虫种群动态监测方面,粘卡技术比套笼方法更准确、灵敏和方便。
Experiments were conducted to determine the preference of Pseudasphondylia zanthoxyli to color, height and placing method in Zanthoxylum bungeanum fields. The number of P. zanthoxyli trapped by sticky traps with six different wavelengths of yellow light was compared, which showed that the P. zanthoxyli were trapped well by the yellow sticky traps with 590.0 nm wavelength. The highest number of P. zanthoxyli was found on lateral sticky traps at 0.5 m height from the tree base. The population dynamics of P. zanthoxyli monitored by sticky traps was also discussed. The results showed that the method of sticky traps could monitor the population dynamics of P. zanthoxyli more accurately, sensitively and conveniently than the method of covering bags.
