接触碰撞界面的计算是机械系统CAE动态分析的关键技术之一,高效、精确、可靠的接触算法,包括接触搜寻算法和接触力算法,是接触碰撞界面计算的核心部分。结合机械系统的动态显式有限元计算,描述接触碰撞界面模型;重点探讨并对比接触碰撞界面计算中常用的计算模型和接触算法,指出其各自的优缺点;给出机械系统的动态显式有限元计算的一般流程;对接触算法的一些影响因素和误差分析作出简要说明,并对接触算法在接触碰撞界面计算中的进一步研究提出一些看法。
The calculation of the contact-impact interface is one of the key technologies of the dynamic analysis of the mechanical system in CAE,the efficient,accurate and reliable contact algorithm,including the contact searching algorithm and the contact force algorithm,is the core part of the calculation of the contact-impact interface.Combined with the dynamic explicit FEM calculation of the mechanical system,the contact-impact interface model is described.The typical calculation models and contact algorithms used frequently for the calculation of the contact-impact interface are discussed emphatically,and compared with one another,their merit and defect are pointed out respectively.The general process of the dynamic explicit FEM calculation of the mechanical system is provided.Some influencing factors and error analysis of contact algorithms are explained briefly,and some viewpoints on further research of contact algorithms for the calculation of the contact-impact interface are offered.
