设计了集成于EMS中的参数估计实用化方案。原理上采用Felix EWu等人提出的用可疑支路潮流补偿分量分析参数问题的基本思想,将参数估计问题分为基于残差灵敏度的可疑支路辨识和基于最小二乘法的参数估计计算两部分。结合EMS的实际运行特点讨论了应用中存在的一些特殊问题。提出了有效可行的解决方案,同时兼顾了原EMS系统信息与代码的复用性。利用该方案编制了应用程序并进行了实例研究,测试结果验证了该方案的合理性,所开发的软件已在我国省级电网中得到了实际应用,有效提高了状态估计的精度。
A practical scheme for parameter estimation is designed and integrated into an Energy Management System (EMS), in which the fundamental thought of analyzing parameter problem by compensation components of power flows in suspicious branches that was proposed by Felix E Wu and others is adopted and the parameter estimation is divided into two parts, i.e., the identification of suspicious branches based on residual error sensitivity and the parameter estimation based on least squares method. Combining with the features in actual operation of EMS, some special problems in application are researched, and effective and feasible solutions are put forward, at the same time the reuses of both information and code of original EMS are considered. Using this solution, application program is worked out and case study is conducted. The feasibility of the solution is verified by test results. The developed software based on the proposed scheme is applied to domestic provincial power grid and the accuracy of state estimation is effectively improved.
