讨论了制造工艺知识重用方面存在的问题,阐述了本体建模方法在促进知识共享方面的优势,并以铸造工艺为实例,结合W3C组织推荐的本体语言OWL(Web Ontology Language)本体建模语言建立了铸造工艺本体信息模型。由于OWL具有丰富的语义表达能力,因此基于此方法建立的本体信息模型在知识表达上比以往所建的模型更清晰、完整,也有利于制造工艺知识的共享和重用。
The existing problems about reusing the manufacturing process knowledge are discussed. The advantages of ontology modeling in promoting the knowledge share are illustrated. The foundry process ontology is then established as an example by using the OWL modeling language recommended by W3C organization. Due to the ample semantic expressive competence, the OWL-based ontology model is clearer than other models used previously in the knowledge expression, and it is helpful for the share and reusing of the manufacturing process knowledge.
