Guangbin Cai was born in 1982. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Xi＇an Research Institute of High-Tech in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree at control science and engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology. Guangren Duan was born in 1962. He received his B.S. degree in applied mathematics at Northeast Institute of Heavy Machinery in 1983, his M.S. degree in modern control theory at Harbin Engineering University in 1986, and his Ph.D. degree in control systems theory at Harbin Institute of Technology in 1989, respectively. He is a professor in the Center for Control Theory and Guid- ance Technology at Harbin Institute of Technology.
