Based on the related issues concerning international industry transfer and the Pearl River Deha＇s industry transfer, the paper probes into the interactive relationship between industrial transfer and industrial upgrade, and makes an in-depth analysis of the impact of the industrial transfer on the Pearl River Delta＇s industrial upgrade as well as on the economic development and structural adjustment of less developed regions, so as to conclude some implications for how to promote the regional harmonious development of Guangdong.
