可燃性气体分析对于工矿安全的监测具有重要的意义。文中介绍了一种基于催化传感器和人工神经网络分析的、以Atmege8单片机为核心的混合可燃性气体智能分析系统。它根据催化传感器在不同温度对不同气体具有不同灵敏度的特点,通过自动调整传感器的工作温度,输出不同的信号,再通过神经网络的训练和信号处理,对多种可燃气体进行分析。实验表明,该系统能够较准确地实现多种混合可燃气体的检测。
Inflammable analysis gas is very important for monitoring of safety in mine. This paper introduces a new measuring system based on a catalytic sensor and the artificial neural network analysis. A micro-controller Atmege8 was used in the design to analyze the mixed inflammable gases. Catalytic sensor has different output for different gas in different working temperature. By processing the signal and training the neural network for output signals in different working temperatures, inflammable gases could be analyzed. The experiment shows that the measuring system could detect mixed inflammable gases with better accuracy.
