Research on banking corporate governance is an awaiting further exploration field. The corporate governance of the Chinese state-run commercial banks has its speciality which differs from the general corporate governance as well as the corporate governance of the non-state-run commercial banks. Thus this should be the logical starting point to the research on banking corporate governance, and it has great significance the further research of banking corporate governance.
