以甲基烯丙基聚醚(HPEG40,Mw=4000)为聚醚大单体,以丙烯酸(AA)作为主链,通过自由基聚合法合成梳型聚羧酸减水剂,系统的研究了HPEG40与AA比例、链转移剂用量、反应时间、反应温度对产物分散性能的影响规律,得出其最佳合成工艺是HPEG40∶AA=1∶7.5,链转移剂用量为3%,反应时间为2 h,反应温度为45℃,该条件下所得减水剂的减水率为31.5%,且保坍性能较好。
The comb-like polycarboxylate superplascticizer was prepared with methyl allyl polyether (HPEG40, Mw =4000) and acrylic acid (AA) by free radical polymerization. Effects of the synthesis process on the dispersion performance, such as the ratio of HPEG40 to AA, the amount of chain transfer agent, the reaction time and the reaction temperature, were systematically evaluated using the paste flow of cement. The optimum synthesis process was as follows : HPEG40 : AA = 1 : 7.5, the amount of chain transfer agent was 3%, the reaction time was 2 h and the reaction temperature was 45℃. The polycarboxylate prepared with the best condition had a water reducing ratio of 31.5% and good performance in slump retention.
