Taking Weng Fu Group （core enterprise） in Weng Fu Phosphorus Chemical Industry Chain as object of research, this paper applied Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze the factors which influenced the ability of knowledge management of core enterprise in resourced- based industry chain from exterior environment and interior condition of core enterprise, and presented some suggestions which improved on the ability of knowledge management of core enterprise.
