针对表面肌电信号采集过程中皮肤电极接触阻抗较大,易受工频信号干扰,皮肤表面接触区域不平坦等问题,在聚酰亚胺柔性材料上设计并实现了一种新型有源表面肌电电极阵列.该电极阵列由12通道电极组成,与无源电极不同的是,有源阵列在电极和调理电路间加入了一级集成在柔性材料端的阻抗变换电路,以减小接触阻抗和工频噪声对采集信号的影响.性能测试结果表明,所设计的新型有源柔性电极阵列所采集的表面肌电信号具有较低的基线噪声和较高的信噪比,即使在皮肤表面不平坦区域,亦能获取高质量、低噪声的多路表面肌电信号.
Aiming at reducing the effect brought by big skin electrode contact resistance, power frequency interference and uneven skin surface in the process of surface electromyography (sEMG) signal acquisition, a new type of active electrode array on polyimide flexible material is designed and implemented. The designed active electrode array is composed of 12 channel electrodes, and unlike the passive electrode, an impedance transformation circuit is added between each electrode and their modulation circuit on the flexible material to reduce the contact resistance and the influence of power frequency noise. The results of the performance test experiment show that the designed active flexible electrode array has lower baseline noise, higher signal-to-noise ratio, and can get high quality, low noise multi-channel sEMG signal even on uneven skin surface.
