应用基于DEA的非参数Malmquist指数法,分解了1993--2005年我国28个省区的全要素生产率变动,在此基础上构造全要素能源效率指标,并利用面板数据回归模型分析了Malmquist各分解要素对能源效率的影响作用。研究表明:我国总体及区域内的全要素能源效率自2001年后出现了退化现象,区域间能源效率的差异性较为显著;能源效率与全要素生产率的变动具有相似性,一定程度上验证了能源效率的提高依赖于全要素生产率改善的分析结论;技术效率比技术进步更有助于能源效率的改善,这可能与技术进步带来的回弹效应有关。
Based on the non-parametric DEA Malmquist index method, total factor efficiency (TFE) of 28 provincial units in China during 1993-2005 was decomposed, then the indicator of total factor energy efficiency (TFEE) was structured and the contribution degree of factors was analyzed by using panel date model. The main conclusions are as follows: On the whole, TFEE has been decreasing since 2001 and the efficiency of east, center and west is not balanced The changes of TFEE and is similar to that of TFE, which, to some degree, verifies the conclusion that the increase in TFEE depends on the improvement of TFE. The improvement of technical efficiency is more efficient than technical progress to improve TFEE, which may be related to the rebound effect of technical progress.
