中文摘要:

空气压缩机的应用十分广泛,但在运行时空压机将产生很大的噪声。空压机噪声来源有:出入口空气与空气及设备之间相互碰撞产生的吸气、排气噪声,冷却器卡门漩涡激起的振荡所产生的噪声,外部表面结构罩壳、盖板、管道等在气体动力和机械振动激发下产生的表面辐射噪声以及电机工作时产生的电磁噪声。产生的噪声,会让周围的生产环境恶化,对生产人员身体的影响相当大,因此降低空压机的噪声显得很有必要。本文介绍了现行一些在消声、隔声、吸声等方面的降噪技术。

英文摘要:

The air compressor is widely used,but when the air compressor running will have a lot of noise.The sources of compressor noise include the air and air-and equipment import and export between the collisions,the exhaust noise,vortex stirred cooler Carmen noise generated by the oscillation,surface radiation noise produced by the external surface structure of cover,cover,pipes,etc.under the condition of aerodynamic power and mechanical vibration excitation and the electromagnetic noise produced during motor working.The produced noise will make the production environmental deteriorate and affect the production personnel's healthy severely.Therefore,it is very essential to reduce the noise of air compressor.So this paper has introduced some noise reduction technology in the aspects of noise elimination,noise separation and noise absorption
