以闽江口鳝鱼滩湿地为研究区,采集区内41个表层土样,运用敏感波段(SB)、有机质诊断指数(OⅡ)和改进有机质诊断指数(MOⅡ)建立2mm(D1)和0.149mm(D2)筛土样的有机质反演模型.结果表明,不同方法建立的有机质反演模型均通过P〈0.01显著水平检验,MOⅡ建立的模型明显优于SB和OⅡ所建立的模型.此外,对不同反演模型,基于D2反射光谱建立的模型优于D1。基于D2反射光谱和MOⅡ建立的模型最佳(R^2=0.697,RMSE=0.707),可为湿地土壤有机质含量的快速测定提供新途径。
The achievement of the retrieval of soil has important theoretical and practical significance organic matter content which is based on hyper-speetra instruments in protecting and restoring wetlands ecosystem. The essay takes the results show that all of the soil organic prediction model established by different methods are signifieanl at the P 〈 0.01 level, model by MOⅡ is superior lo SB and Oli. In addition, according to the different retrieval model, D, refleclance model is hetter than lhe D1. The refleetanee model hased on D2 reflectance and MOll is best(R2 = 0. 697, RMSE = 0. 707) , and it can provide a new approach to determinale Wetlands' soil organic matter eonlenl quickly.
