Capillary electrophoresis is more and more widely used for analytical separation.The main problem that restricts its application is the low reproducibility.With the development of capillary electrophoresis,the factors influencing its results change also.This paper summaries the factors that influence the separation of biomarcromolecules to provide reference for experimenters of capillary electrophoresis.
