考察了不同载体(SiC、Al2O3、SiO2、Si)负载的Ni基催化剂在甲烷部分氧化反应中的活性和稳定性。结果表明,30h内Ni/Si和Ni/SiO2催化剂的活性下降很快,而以SiC和Al2O3为载体的催化剂则具有非常高的活性和稳定性。对Ni/SiC和Ni/Al2O3催化剂,考察了它们在264h内的活性和稳定性,并对其进行表征。评价结果显示,长时间运转后Ni/SiC比Ni/Al2O3具有更好的活性和稳定性,积炭量明显少于Ni/Al2O3。
Catalytic behaviors of Ni-based catalysts with different supports (SIC, Al2O3, SiO2 and Si ) were investigated in the partial oxidation of methane to syngas. The results showed that the activities of Ni/Si and Ni/SiO2 catalysts decrease rapidly during the initial 30 hours, but Ni/SiC and NI/Al2O3 have high and stable activities. For Ni/SiC and Ni/Al2O3 catalysts, their activities and stabilities during partial oxidation of methane in 264 hours were investigated, and the results showed that the stability of Ni/SiC catalyst is much better than that of Ni/Al203 and the amount of coke on Ni/SiC is obviously less than that on Ni/Al2O3.
