The artificial immune antigen of α-naphthol and β- naphthol have been successfully synthesized by chloroacetic acid method followed by coupling with BSA, which made it possible to establish the immunoassay for α-naphthol and β-naphthol. The structure of the products was determined by IR, IHNMR and UV spectroscopy.
