A series of novel acrylonitrile compounds containing thia(dia)zole group were designed and synthesized using NC-510 as the lead compound, and their structures were characterized by 1H NMR and MS. The results of bioassay indicated that the title compounds exhibited 100% mortalit against Aphis fabae at 500 mg/L. In particular, the compound 7a displayed the best activity, the value of LC50 was as low as 3.46 mg/L and its insecticidal potency was close to NC-510 (LC50=0.61 mg/L), so it had a further optimization prospect.
