本文主要对武汉城市职业学院国际网球赛事运营与管理专业的人才培养模式进行研究，发现该专业的人才培养模式在一定程度上实现了学生、企业、学校和地区的四赢局面，但同时在实施过程中也存在一些不足，就此提出相应的对策和建议。
英文摘要：
The research has been conducted on the talent training mode of the operation and management specialty of international tennis tournament in Wuhan City Vocational College. The results show that the talent training mode is good for the students,enterprises,college and regions. According to the existing shortcomings,the paper also gives some innovational measures and advice in order to promote the development on the specialty construction.
