The new generation employees are the important source of competitive advantage for an organization. Some " abnormal" behaviors of these new generation employees in the workplace has widely attracted scholars' attention. Taking new generation employees' work requirements as a breakthrough point and based on POS perspective, the article explored management measures to the new generation employees. It is aimed to provide managers interpretations on the "abnormal" behaviors of new generation employees from a new perspective, thus to build effective management mechanism.
