研究飞艇蒙皮应变监测问题。针对平流层飞艇柔性蒙皮应变监测中传统的有线应变监测存在布线困难,易受环境影响的问题,提出了基于无线传感网络的蒙皮应变监测系统方案。构建了飞艇蒙皮应变监测的试验系统,并完成了蒙皮在充气过程中的应变监测。然后建立了飞艇蒙皮的有限元模型,通过有限元软件开展非线性仿真分析,得到了蒙皮各点的应变分布。最后将试验测得的应变数据与有限元数据进行对比,确定了监测系统应变测量的传递系数,从而为飞艇蒙皮应变监测提供参考。
For structural strain monitoring of stratospheric airship flexible envelope, the traditional wire strain monitoring has some problems in the actual applications. For example, it is hard to wire in some area and it is easy to be affected by environment. The structural strain monitoring system is proposed based on wireless sensor network (WSN). The experiment of the strain monitoring system is designed on the airship envelope, and strain monitoring of airship envelope is achieved in the process of pressurizing. Then a finite element model of the airship envelope is established, the strain distribution of the envelope is obtained through the nonlinear finite element simulation in ANSYS. Finally, through the comparison between experimental results and the simulation results, strain transfer coefficients are obtained, which provides a reference for the strain monitoring of stratospheric airship.
