我国云南以保瑞、丽香为代表的一大批铁路工程正在修建或立项建设。由于云南西部一带铁路环境侵蚀等级为中等水平,混凝土较易受到各种侵蚀物质的破坏,从而使结构服役寿命达不到设计要求,可通过掺入粉煤灰、矿渣、火山灰等来提高混凝土的耐久性,但将导致混凝土抗碳化能力变差。文章研究了抗腐蚀剂对混凝土抗碳化性能的改善作用,研究表明:尽管掺入火山灰后,不同标号混凝土碳化深度有所增加,混凝土抗碳化能力降低,但加入抗腐蚀剂可显著改善火山灰混凝土抗碳化能力。其中加入5%的VA-2型抗腐蚀剂,C20混凝土,28 d碳化深度可降低20%以上,与掺入粉煤灰的效果接近,而C40混凝土,28 d碳化深度则可降低25%以上,比掺入粉煤灰降低约15%。
In Yunnan province of China, large quantities of railway projects such as Baoshan - Ruili and Lijiang - Xianggelila railways, etc. are in construction or approved. As the environmental corrosion class of the railways in west area of Yunnan is in the medium range, the concrete is easy to be damaged, and as a result, the service life the struc- ture cant satisfy the demand of the designing. The fly ash, slag and volcanic ash, etc. can be mixed to promote the du- rability of the concrete, but they may have negative effects on the carbonization resistance of concrete. In this paper, the improvement effect of corrosion inhibitor on the carbonation resistance of concrete is studied. The research shows that the carbonation depth of concrete with different mark number is somewhat increased and carbonation resistance of concrete is decreased, among which, added with 5% VA -2 type corrosion inhibitor, 28 d carbonation depth of C20 concrete can be increased more than 20%, close to the effect of that with fly ash, moreover, 28 d carbonation depth of C40 concrete can be deceased more than 25%, and about 15% lower than that mixed with fly ash.
