以提高电火花线切割加工效率为目的,分析了电火花线切割加工间隙对加工效率的影响,建立了电极丝横向振动数学模型,揭示了各工艺参数对电极丝振幅及加工间隙的影响规律。采用直径1mm的钼丝进行了加工实验,得到了峰值电流、脉冲宽度和脉冲频率等参数对电极丝振幅的影响规律。结果表明所建立的振动模型正确,可为优化电火花线切割加工间隙,从而提高其加工效率提供参考。
To improve the processing efficiencyof the wire cut electronic discharge machining (WEI)M), the effect of the machining gap on the processing efficiency was analyzed. The lateral vibration mathematical model of the wire electrode was established, the influence of various processing parameters on the wire electrode vibration ampli- tude and machining gap was studied. Then, taking a molybdenum wire with 1 mm diameter as the experimental workpiece, the processing experiment was conducted to explore the influence of the parameters, such current, the pulse width and the pulse frequency, on the vibration amplitude of wire electrode.
