对新型300Hz环路双作用热声发动机进行了模拟,考察了单元参数不一致性对无负载及外接负载系统性能的影响。首先,考察了加热功率、质量块质量、膜阻尼、回热器孔隙率的不一致性对无负载系统的影响。结果表明,单个单元的不一致性会导致三个单元的性能参数均受到影响而呈现出工作状态的不一致,且存在复杂的耦合影响,不利于一致负载的接入。其次,重点考察了质量块质量和负载阻抗的不一致性对外接负载系统的影响。结果表明,不一致性会导致单个单元性能参数高于或者低于三台一致时的情况,但是整体系统的性能呈下降趋势。
An investigation has been made on a novel 300 Hz looped double-acting thermoacoustic heat engine,aiming at the influence of the unit inconsistency on no-load and on-load system performance. A simulation was carried on no-load system unit with inconsistent parameters,including the heating power,the weight of mass piece,the damping coefficient of the membrane and the porosity of regenerator. The results show that inconsistency in parameters of any unit can lead to the whole system due to change in parameters of two other unit which causes a inconsitent operation mode and goes against the incorporation of identical loads. The influence of mass piece weight and the load impedance on on-load system was also studied. It shows that the inconsistency is harmful to the performance of the whole system though it may be beneficial to a certain unit.
