通过NaOH处理粉煤灰制备了改性粉煤灰,研究了溶液pH值、改性粉煤灰投加量、Pb(Ⅱ)初始质量浓度和吸附时间对废水中Pb(Ⅱ)去除效果的影响。结果表明,改性粉煤灰对Pb(Ⅱ)的去除性能明显优于粉煤灰。在25℃,pH值为4.5,改性粉煤灰投加量10g/L,吸附30min时,对初始质量浓度为50-200mg/L的Pb(Ⅱ)去除率均可达99%以上。改性粉煤灰对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温方程和准二级反应动力学特征,且是自发的吸热过程,高温有利于吸附过程的自发进行。
Coal fly ash (CFA) was modified by NaOH to adsorb and remove lead (Pb(Ⅱ)) from wastewater. The effect of various parameters including pH, fly ash dosage, initial concen- tration and contact time on lead removal was investigated. It was found that the modified coal fly ash (M-CFA) had higher removal efficiency for lead ions than raw coal fly ash. The removal effi- ciency reached 99% within 30 min with a pH of 4.5, and a 10 g/L dosage of modified coal fly ash, when Pb(Ⅱ ) concentration was 50-200 mg/L. The equilibrium data were found fitting well with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm and the kinetics of Pb(Ⅱ) ions adsorption could be better described by the pseudo-second-order equation. It was also found that the adsorption process was endothermie and more favorable at higher temperatures.
