目的通过对多个病种中西医结合临床路径与成本控制研究分析,评价临床路径成本控制应用于临床管理的效果。方法收集整理了2010年6月～2011年6月医院收治的5个病种的患者的信息,以其管理成本、人力成本、药品成本、医用材料成本、服务保障成本、固定资产折旧、设备维修成本费用作为评价指标,将实验组（应用中西结合临路径和成本控制组）和对照组（未应用临床路径和成本控制组）进行对比分析。结果应用中西医临床路径和成本控制的患者与对照组之间各项观察指标都有统计学显著性差异。结论实施中西医结合临床路径和成本控制模式,可以明显降低医疗成本。

英文摘要：

Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of clinical pathway（CP） and cost control（CC） by research of some kinds of disease applied integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods After consulting the information of the hospitalized patients of five disease from March 2010 to February 2011,we analyzed the effect of CP and CC using seven indexes,such as Management cost and Human cost,Drug costs and Medical material cost,Service guarantee cost,Fixed assets depreciation and Equipment maintenance cost. Results There was significant difference in seven indexes between the CP-CC groups and the traditional groups. Conclusion The method of clinical pathway and cost control can markedly improve medical quality and decrease the average Medical costs.
