该文首先对多业务场景下移动站休眠模式的能量消耗情况进行了理论分析,发现由于不同功率节省类之间侦听窗口的不同步,移动站的节能效率很低;然后提出了一种多功率节省类的协作节能算法(COoperative PowerSaving Mechanism,COPS),通过调整功率节省类I的休眠参数,同步功率节省类Ⅰ和Ⅱ的侦听窗口,从而提高节能效率.理论分析和仿真实验结果显示COPS不仅提高了节能效率还降低了MAC帧的反应时间.
This paper theoretically analyzes the performance of the sleep mode for the mobile station with multi-services,and finds that the energy-saving efficiency is very poor due to the asynchrony of the listening windows of different power saving classes.Then it proposes a COoperative Power Saving Mechanism(COPS) which tries to synchronize the listening windows of different power saving classes cooperatively to improve the energy-saving efficiency.Both theoretical results and simulation results show that COPS not only improves the energy efficiency but also reduces the average MAC frame response time.
