This paper analyses the superiority conditions of Yanling flowers and trees industry development from several aspects, such as convenient transportation condition, suitable natural condition, strong historical tradition, excellent cultivation techniques, correct guidance of the government, and so on. At the same time, there are some weaknesses, such as the influence of Asian monsoon, the lack of market information control, the absence of independent intellectual property products, the low standard of professionalization and company management, the unreasonable structure of staff etc. Considering the weaknesses, this paper provides some countermeasures, which contain enhancing agriculture infrastructure construction, cultivating the entrepreneurship of farmers, improving the quantity and quality of agents, establishing nationwide selling platform, perfecting the financial security system, laying emphasis on the diversified development, implementing brand strategy, speeding up the establishment of the industrial cluster etc.
