以桥林新城为研究区,采用人均建设用地标准法测算得到桥林新城农村居民点用地整理的理论潜力为2 923.77 hm~2;综合考虑自然因素、经济因素和社会因素三方面因素,对农村居民点用地整理的理论潜力进行修正,得到农村居民点用地整理的现实潜力为1 315.70 hm~2。建议高度重视桥林新城农村居民点用地整理,综合考虑整理的资金约束、自然约束和社会可接受等因素,推进农村居民点用地集约节约利用。
Take the Qiaolin New Town as study region, firstly, the theoretical potential (2923.77 hm2) of residential land consolidation (RLC) was calculated based on the residential land quota per capita method. Secondly, the realistic potential (1315.70 hm2) of RLC in this new townwas estimated by calibrating its theoretical potential using constraining factors of natural factors, economic factors and social factors. The results indicated that the government should pay great attention to the RLC in Qiaolin New Town, carry out scientifically accounting for local natural, economic and social constraints, and push the rural residential land intensive and saving utilization
