为满足低温实验的环境要求,建设了液氮温度级别(80 K)的热真空冷阱低温环境实验台,可进行低温实验中压力与压差、温度与温差、流量与热负荷的测量.该实验台采用附加液氮冷阱的真空多层绝热结构,冷阱温度最低可达80 K,无负载时冷箱真空度可达0.000 03 Pa;在采用外循环工质时,测试压力范围为0—1 MPa、压差范围为1 Pa—100 kPa、温度范围为55—300 K、气量2—40立方米每小时。基于低温实验测试开发了相应的计算机动态数据采集及处理系统,并进行了误差分析:该实验台测温误差不大于0.16 K;流量测量误差最大不超过1%;压力、压差的测量精度均可达到2级精度。
To meet the environment requirements of cryogenic experiment,an 80 K vacuum cryotrap experiment apparatus was set up,which was available in measurements of pressure for 0-1 MPa,pressure difference for 1 Pa-100 kPa,temperature for 55-300 K,volume flowrate for 2-40 cubic meters per hour and heat load.With a vacuum multilayer thermal insulation structure,the lowest temperature of 80 K can be achieved and vacuum degree of 0.000 03 Pa can be reached in case of non-loaded system.With the developed dynamic data acquisition,processing and error analyze system,the maximum measurement error of this experiment rig are validated no more than 1%.A level 2 measurement precision of pressure and pressure difference,together with a less than 0.16 K temperature measurement error can be achieved with the constructed experiment apparatus.
