目的 建立成釉细胞瘤的鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜侵袭模型。方法 将新鲜成釉细胞瘤组织接种于鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜上,分别观察接种后不同时期的瘤组织大体生长情况及病理切片。结果 成釉细胞瘤组织可以在鸡胚上生长,接种后第3天见有瘤细胞与尿囊膜融合,5~7天可见有瘤细胞向尿囊膜侵袭性生长。结论 成功建立成釉细胞瘤的鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜侵袭模型,为进一步研究成釉细胞瘤的侵袭生长奠定了基础。
Objective To establish an ameloblastoma invasive model on the chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM).Methods Fresh ameloblastoma tissues were cut and implanted on the CAMs. The specimens were respectively investigated by light microscope in different spots after implanting. Results Ameloblastoma could survive on CAM and the tumor cells might invade CAM on 5 - 7 days after implanting. Conclusion The model of ameloblastoma invasion on CAM was successfully established and it may benefit to further studys on ameloblastoma.
