塔式太阳能发电多孔介质空气吸热器吸热表面温度变化率与吸热器的最大热应力成正比,出口空气温度的动态特性与发电系统的功率特性直接相关。建立多孔泡沫陶瓷吸热器传热传质非稳态模型,利用实验数据建立容积对流换热系数模型,并应用数值方法求解非稳态模型。研究投入热流密度和空气入口流速阶跃后吸热表面固体骨架温度和出口空气温度的动态变化特性。研究结果可以为该类型吸热器的设计和优化控制提供参考。
Heat absorbing surface solid matrix temperature varying ratio is proportional to maximum thermal stress according to the solar tower power porous media air receiver,and air outlet temperature dynamic characteristic relates to the power characteristic of the system directly.Unsteady heat and mass transfer models in the porous SiC ceramic media receiver were developed,volume forced convection heat transfer coefficient model was proposed by the experiment data,and these equations were solved by the numerical method.The dynamic characteristics of the heat absorbing surface solid matrix and air outlet temperatures were analyzed after the heat flux density and air inlet velocity steps respectively.The research can provide the reference for the design and optimization control due to this type of receiver.
