轻质烧结页岩砖是以页岩为基本原料、锯末为辅料研发的一种新型轻质烧结类墙体材料。分析了辅料锯末的含量分别为20%、25%、30%、35%情况下对轻质烧结页岩砖抗冻性能的影响。试验表明:轻质烧结页岩砖在15、25、35和50冻融循环次数下,质量损失与强度损失均随辅料含量的增加而增加;轻质烧结页岩砖应该随着不同使用地区而改变锯末的掺量从而达到满足抗冻指标的要求。
Lightweight sintered shale brick is a new kind of lightweight sintered wall material,which is prepared by shale as the basic raw material,and sawdust as auxiliary material.The content of sawdust on frost resistance of the lightweight sintered shale brick was analyzed.Weight loss and strength loss of obtained light sintered shale brick increased with increasing content of auxiliary materials under the condition of different freeze-thaw cycles.The amount of sawdust in light sintered shale brick should be changed so as to meet antifreeze performance requirements in different regions.
