针对不同间距卸压钻孔设计5种试验方案,在禾草沟二号煤矿1105工作面回风顺槽进行现场试验。沿空巷道内,随着卸压钻孔间距的增大,巷道顶板压力与巷道顶、底板位移差异较大,间距150 mm与间距400 mm卸压钻孔对应区域的顶、底板位移量分别为138 mm与193 mm。综合考虑卸压效果、施工难度等因素,确定200 mm为卸压钻孔的最优间距。
There are 5 test scheme designed for the pressure relief drilling spacing in 1105 working face of Hecaogou second coal mine,in the no-blasting area and rock caving time in the gob roof increases with the increase of hole spacing. In all the test scheme, the roof pressure and the roof and floor displacement is increasing with the pressure relief drilling spacing increasing in the roadway:138 mm and 193 mm for 150 mm hole spacing and 400 mm hole spacing. Considering the pressure relief effect,construction difficulty and other factors,the optimal spacing is 200 mm for pressure relief drilling.
