英文摘要：

In recent years,^131I has been acknowledged as a simple but safe, economical and effective treatment with few recurrence ,which is used in clinical practice more widely than ever before at home and abroad. However,it may affect the secretion of the other hormones which are also from tryroid gland,mainly including thyroid hormones, calcitonin and parathyroid hormone, which are very closely related to bone metab- olism. Whether ^131I therapy can affect bone metabolism while destroying thyroid tissue is still controversial, and hero is to make a review on the progress of effects of ^131I on bone metabolism in treating hyperthyroidism.
