提出一种新型的具有双阻带特性的反向螺旋形缺陷接地结构(DGS),对该结构的参数变化进行了分析与仿真,发现根据其变化规律可以有效地调节双阻带的位置。利用该结构制作的带阻滤波器,阻带窄、衰减陡峭。通过软件优化设计了一个阻带分别位于3.5GHz和6GHz的双阻带滤波器,从HFSS软件仿真的结果证明了这种新型DGS结构的有效性和可行性。
A novel anti-spiral-shaped defected ground structure (DGS) with dual-stop band is proposed, the variety of structure parameter is analyzed and simulated, and the position of dual-stop band can be availed by the variety rule, Band stop filter made with this structure has narrow gap and steep attenuation. This paper designs a dual-stop band filter which gaps located 3.SGHz and 6GHz. The validity and feasibility of the novel DGS has proved by HFSS simulating.
