综合以往经典研究观点,开发了警觉性量表。先后对2个样本的企业家(n=104和n=277)和1个对比样本的管理者(n=166)进行了施测。通过探索性因素分析(EFA)、验证性因素分析(CFA)和方差分析(ANOVA),研究表明:①警觉性包括探求挖掘、重构框架、敏锐预见3个维度,该模型的测量参数均达到可接受的标准。②不同从业时间的企业家在警觉性的3个维度上存在显著区别。在企业家与管理者的对比中,上述差异也同样存在。
The author developed a scale for entrepreneurial alertness on the basis of previous literature. Two sampies of entrepreneurs (n = 104,n =277) were investigated,in comparison with one sample of managers ( n = 166). After EFA, CFA and ANOVA ,the results indicated :(1)The conceptual model was comprised of three aspects( prospecting,reframing and sensitive foresight),with acceptable statistical parameters. (2)Significant difference existed among those three dimensions between entrepreneurs and managers ,and were varied with prior experiences.
