采用常规溶液聚合法制备出一种初粘力、180°剥离强度俱佳的丙烯酸酯PSA(压敏胶),分别考察了乙酰丙酮铝(Al-acac)交联剂、聚合级多异氰酸酯类(M-75)交联剂和热膨胀型微球粉(膨胀粉)对PSA粘接性能的影响。研究结果表明:当w(Al-acac)=0.100%-0.175%(相对于PSA质量而言)时,PSA的持粘力为10-26 h;当w(Al-acac)≥0.200%时,PSA因出现凝胶而无法涂布。当w(M-75)=1.0%(相对于PSA质量而言)时,PSA的综合粘接性能相对最佳;当w(M-75)=1.0%、w(膨胀粉)=3%(相对于PSA质量而言)时,保护胶片经7 d以上的熟成后,其冷热剥离性均可达到无残胶的使用要求。
An acrylate PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) with good initial tack and 180° peeling strength was prepared by conventional solution polymerization. The influences of acetyl acetone aluminium (Al-acac) erosslinker, polymerization grade-polyisocyanate (M-75) crosslinker, and thermal expansion type mierospheres powder (expansion powder) on bonding properties of PSA were respectively investigated. The research results showed that the hold tack of PSA was 10-26 h when mass fraction of Al-acac was 0.100%-0.175% in PSA. The PSA couldn' t be coated by gel when mass fraction of Al-acac was not less than 0.200%. The combination property of PSA was relatively best when mass fraction of M-75 was 1.0% in PSA. The cold and hot peeling of protection film, which was ripened above 7 d, could all meet the application requirement without adhesive residue when mass fractions of M-75 and expansion powder were 1.0% and 3% respectively in PSA.
