目的:探讨微量元素分布与穴位分布的相关性。方法:对穴位区和非穴位区微量元素分布进行同步辐射X射线荧光分析,再将微量元素分布与中医理论中的穴位分布进行比较。结果:在实验样品中微量元素的种类基本相同,但关元穴位区和非穴位区的微量元素相对含量有明显的差别;在穴位区中Ca、Fe和Zn元素的相对含量增加,且Ca在穴位区的聚集比较明显;各种元素在穴位区的分布均匀性不如非穴位区,以Fe元素的分布均匀性变化为最大;此外在一些区域元素趋于集中,其分布与中医理论中的穴位分布有一定的相似性。结论:微量元素富集的范围对应于生物体中一些特殊的区域,即穴位区。
Objective: Discussing the correlation about the distribution of trace element distribution and acupuncture points. Methods: The trace elements distribution of acupoint or non-acupoint area was analysis by X-ray fluorescence analysis based on synchrotron radiation( SR-XRF); then the relation that the distribution of trace elements and the positioning distribution of acupuncture using traditional Chinese medicine theory was compared. Results: The type of trace elements is basically same in the experimental sample,but the relatively content of trace elements were significant differences in Guanyuan acupuncture and non-acupoint areas. In acupuncture areas,the relative content of Ca,Fe and Zn elements is increased,the element Ca is obvious gathered in the acupuncture area. The distribution uniformity of various elements in the acupuncture area is poor that of the non-acupoint area,the change of the uniformity of Fe distribution is maximum. The relative content of various trace elements is different,there is tendency of cluster of trace elements in some areas on the basis of uniform distribution,there is certain similarity between the distribution of cluster and the distribution of acupuncture in Chinese Medicine Theory( CMT),simultaneously. Conclusions: It can clearly be seen the enrichment area of trace elements is corresponding to some special point- acupuncture points in biological body.
