分析了订单式生产、中小批量、手工工序作业系统的作业组织模式优化问题,包括:小组集中作业模式、生产线作业-平行移动模式、生产线作业-平行顺序移动模式.以产品批加工周期为目标函数,分析和比较了三种作业组织模式下的产品批加工周期,得到了与传统分析方法不同的结果:小组集中作业模式具有最短的加工周期.接着,结合手工工序作业系统的特点,分析了基于工人学习率的不同作业模式的产品批加工周期.并对不同作业模式下的产品批加工周期与工人学习率、生产批量、工序时间差等因素的关系进行了敏感性分析.结果表明:当工人学习率大于一定值时,小组集中作业模式为最优;而当工人学习率小于一定值时,则生产线作业-平行移动模式为最优,而产品批量对作业组织模式决策影响不大.
We research the optimization of operation-organization-modes for make-to-order batch-production and manual processing system which include the group-processing mode,the production-line-parallel-transfer mode and the production-line-parallel-sequence-transfer mode.Taking the lead time as the objective function,we analyze and compare the three operation modes,and have got the results that the group-processing mode has the shortest lead time.Then,taking the features of manual processing systems into account,we calculate the lead time of different operating modes based on certain workers' learning rate and analyze the sensitivity of relationship between different operating modes and the factors such as the workers' learning rate,the production batch and the process time difference,etc.The results show that the grouping-processing mode is optimal when the workers' learning rate is greater than a certain value, while the production-line-parallel-sequence-transfer mode is optimal and the batch size has little effect on the mode of operational organization when the workers' learning rate is less than a certain value.
