将多孔TiO2微纳米球与单质硫热处理得到含硫60%(质量分数)的TiO_2/S复合材料,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和比表面积分析仪(BET)对复合材料进行结构、形貌和孔径分析,并通过电池充放电测试系统和阻抗分析仪测试样品的电化学性能.实验结果表明:在1.0~3.0V电压范围内,以0.2C、1.0C电流密度对电池进行充放电性能测试,首次放电比容量分别为718.6 mAh/g和577.7mAh/g,100次循环后对应的放电比容量分别为452.4mAh/g和426.7mAh/g,容量保持率分别为62.9%和73.8%.
TiO2/S composite with 60% sulfur for lithium -sulfur batteries was obtained by heat treatmentwith porous TiO2 micro-nano-sphere and element sulfur. The structure, morphology and pore size of thecomposite were characterized by X-ray diffraction ( X RD ) , scanning electron microscope ( S E M ) andBrunauer Emme-Teller (BE T) techniques. The electrochemical properties of lithium -sulfur batteries wereanalyzed by charge-discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy tests. It is shown that the firstspecific discharge capacity of T i0 2-sulfur cathode is about 718. 6 mAh/g at 0. 2 C current density in thevoltage range of 1. 0-3. 0 V , and it remains 452. 4 mAh/g after 100 cycles, which is 62. 9 % of the initialcycle. The first discharge capacity is 577. 7 mAh/g under 1 C current density, and maintains 426. 7 mAh/gafter 100 cycles, corresponding to 73. 8% of the initial cycle.
