慢性脑供血不足（CCCI）是中老年人群的常见病、多发病,目前我国对该病的临床研究尚处于起步阶段,其发病的原因和机制尚未完全明了。本文从哲学角度出发,运用辩证法与系统论,探讨、分析CCCI发病的危险因素,以期为临床诊治与科学研究提供一些新的思路。

英文摘要：

Chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency（CCCI） was a kind of common and frequently-occurring disease which happened in the elderly people.With arising of the morbidity and mortality of cerebrovascular disease in China,this underlying disease was getting more and more attention from the medical profession.The clinical study of this disease in China was still in its starting stage,the causes and mechanisms of its pathogenesis was not fully understood yet.In this paper,from a Philosophical Perspective.This article wanted to provide some new ideas for clinical diagnosis,treatment and scientific research by using dialectics and system theory to explore and analyze the the CCCI incidence of risk factors.
