高比表面氮化硼的制备方法研究进展

采用钛的有机物进行低温水解,并通过在低温条件下用水热法制备了未掺杂和磷、碳非金属元素共掺的二氧化钛粉体。利用SEM-EDS、BET、XRD等分析手段对其结果进行表征,讨论了内部结构和形貌与光催化活性的关系。研究表明:所制备的改性纳米二氧化钛均为粉体,粒径在1~10 nm之间,其催化活性有所提高,最佳反应时间和最佳温度分别为20 h和180℃。当车内总挥发性有机物(VOCs)初始浓度较低时,其催化效果最佳条件是催化剂的用量为14.5 mg/L。通过对磷、碳共掺杂的纳米TiO2粉体的研究,发现共掺存在一个最佳比值m(Ti)∶m(C)∶m(P)=4∶1∶0.6,高于或低于此掺杂量,其光催化效率均有所下降。

英文摘要:

The undoped and p/c-doped titanium dioxide powder was prepared by hydrothermal under low-temperature hydrolysis of titanium organic matter in the article.The internal structure and morphology and photocatalytic activity relationship were discussed by their characterizing results through SEM-EDS,BET,XRD.The results showed that the diameter of modified nano-titanium dioxide powder was about 1 nm to 10nm.its best temperature was 180 ℃,and the best reaction time was 20 h.When catalyst amount was 14.5 mg/L,initial concentration of low-total volatile organic compounds(VOCs)interior,its catalytic was best.P/C-doped nano-TiO2 powders were found that there was an optimum value under m(Ti):m(C):m(P) = 4:1:0.6.photocatalytic efficiency decreased above or below this doping amount.
