The financial crisis has pushed the enterprise technological innovation to a more important position.Ningbo has many SMEs,which is one of the cities that have a strong sense of technological innovation.Ningbo is a typical example.Meanwhile,with its features of networking,versatility and openness etc,SDN can promote Ningbo SMEs to have a global vision and full co-operation,facilitate the commercialization of research results and reforms on research institutional systems,and promote the adjustment of industrial structure,and also improve industrial competitiveness.In addition,the study of regional economy, basic platform establishment to strengthen SMEs information technology,cultivation of global perspective,usage of SDN concept,personnel training,measures to conduct multi-level human resources development can also help SMEs walk out development bottlenecks of technological innovation.
