基于2004-2012年我国专利的省际面板数据,以授权专利作为知识产权的产出变量,以申请专利作为知识存量的产出变量,通过拉格朗日乘子(LM)检验选择合适的空间面板数据模型,分析研究专利授权对来自大专院校、科研单位、企业和个人的专利申请的弹性反应.结果表明,我国省域创新知识存在空间依赖关系,企业或个人的经验性知识累积对创新知识产出的效果明显,且R&D人员全时当量的增加会显著地增加周边地区的知识产出。
Based on the province-level patenting over the period 2004-2012, we use the patents granted as a proxy for intellectual property,and past patent applications as a proxy for regional knowledge stocks,and choose the fit spatial panel data model by LM test to analyze the elasticity response of intellectual property to the patent applications classified by type of creator(universi- ties and research institutes, enterprises, individuals). The results show that there is spatial corre- lation between the provinces, and the output effect of innovation knowledge from enterprise or individual empirical knowledge accumulation is obvious. The increase of R&D personnel of full- time equivalent will significantly increase the surrounding areas of knowledge production.
