本文以专利合作网络为载体,以我国有机化学行业的产学合作专利为实证对象,构建基于163个申请人、818条专利合作关系的产学双模专利合作网络,对该行业进行专利地图分析并探讨了企业节点在各模态网络中的关系势能对企业创新绩效的影响,非平衡面板数据下的随机效应负二项回归分析结果支持了部分假设,丰富了专利分析以及社会网络中对个体网及个体所在局域网的研究。研究结果发现:有机化学行业的产学合作专利从2007年开始实现快速增长,专利申请较多的城市有上海、杭州、北京和南京等。一年滞后产出的回归模型中,申请人网络中企业的直接和间接关系势能影响均显著,项目网络中关系势能影响均不显著;两年滞后产出的回归模型中,申请人网络中企业的直接关系势能影响显著,间接关系势能影响不显著,项目网络中企业的直接关系势能影响不显著,间接关系势能影响显著。
This paper constructs the two-mode I-U cooperative network in organic chemical industry based on patents cooperation, the network includes 163 organizations and 818 patents, by which the patent map and how the enterprise node's relational potential energy (RPE) influence performance are analyzed. Based on unbalanced panel data, random- effect negative binomial regression models support partial hypotheses, providing enriched research about individual network and local area network. The empirical results prove the I-U cooperative patents begin to grow since 2007, more applications come from Shanghai, Hangzhou, Beijing and Nanjing. In the regression model of one year lag, both the enterprise' direct and indirect RPE in the network of inventors have positive effects on performance, the RPE's effects in the network of projects is not significant. In the regression model of two year lag, the direct RPE in the network of inventors and the indirect RPE in the network of projects have positive effects on performance, the effects of the indirect RPE in the network of inventors and the direct RPE in the network of projects are not significant.
